Volunteer Registration has closed for 2025

but will open in April 2026.

Volunteers are a vital component for hosting the Pacific Northwest iconic one day ultra-distance event. This event couldn’t happen without the volunteers. Volunteering for RAMROD 2025 provides a bypass for the lottery for RAMROD 2026. Assignments fill up quickly and space is limited therefore register early.

Please keep the following in mind as you register:

• First come, first serve - you will be placed in the order of registration according to timestamp

• Volunteer position – let us know if there’s specific assignment you want to perform. If you want to volunteer with a friend, you must register around the same time.

• Bypass - you need to perform 8 hours of volunteer work to earn a bypass for the following year. You may be required to perform more than one task to earn a full bypass. Information about your role(s) and hours will be provided when you receive your assignment.

• Only registered volunteers will be able to participate
